KARLSRUHER SC AUTOMATES PERIMETER ADVERTISING WITH GIPEDO WORKSPACE

Hamburg, 12 September 2024 – Karlsruher SC (KSC) automates their perimeter advertising processes with the SaaS solution of GIPEDO. This includes in particular the creation of playlists for perimeter advertising, a previously time-consuming and manual after-sales process. With GIPEDO Workspace this process now only takes a few seconds. This enables KSC to save valuable time, set new standards in matchday operations, and unlock marketing potential.
AUTOMATION OF PRE- AND AFTER-SALES PROCESSES WITH GIPEDO WORKSPACE
Generating playlists for KSCs perimeter boards was particularly time-consuming due to changing creatives from match day to match day. With GIPEDO’s AI-based playlist builder, playlists for the match day are created at the touch of a button and are exported in a compatible playout system format.
KSC partners can easily upload their creative files via an upload link. Allowing KSC to centrally manage creatives in one location. The technical specifications of the creative files are automatically checked during the upload. KSC can preview creatives in the Workspace and approve them with a single click. Additionally automatic reminders for missing creatives ensure that all files are submitted on time.
With GIPEDO Workspace KSC reduces their operational costs per match day, saving valuable time and offering its partners an innovative, digital service going forwards.
MODERNITY AND INNOVATIVE SPIRIT AT BBBANK WILDPARK
Following the extensive renovation of BBBank Wildpark in 2023, KSC plays in one of the most modern stadiums in Europe. The state-of-the-art LED perimeter board system integrates brands prominently into live TV and highlights, achieved by a 1.20 metre high perimeter board in the front row and a complete second row on touchline and goalline.
SUCCESSFUL MARKETING VIA GIPEDO MARKETPLACE
In the 23/24 season, perimeter board inventory was already successfully marketed via GIPEDO Marketplace. Campaigns by brands achieved an impressive 2.1 million live TV impressions per minute during home matches at BBBank Wildpark. These top figures in the 2nd Bundesliga offer brands a highly attractive advertising opportunity.
INCREASING FLEXIBILITY AND UNLOCKING NEW POTENTIAL
