In January, GIPEDO brought four new brands into the Bundesliga with their campaigns.
The restart of the Bundesliga had a lot to offer: Exciting games, many goals and the championship race is exciting again. And GIPEDO was right in the middle of it! With Sky, Bet365, Kickbase and Octopus Energy, four brands have already booked their first campaigns this year through us. On the first match days, they could be seen on the LED board during 6 matches and thus collected more than 10 million impressions!
Sky WOW used their campaign to draw attention to a discount promotion of their OTT offer. For this, they secured the top match of the 2nd Bundesliga Hannover 96 - 1.FC Kaiserslautern, which was shown on Sport1 on free TV.
With Bet365 already being active on the LED-board in other countries, they now started their branding campaign in Germany. TSG Hoffenheim's home games against VfB Stuttgart and a week later against Borussia Mönchengladbach were just the beginning. More games will follow in the coming weeks.
Kickbase used an animation individually customized for two games to address the fans in the best possible way. For example, the slogan "Investor looking for a club? Play Kickbase instead!" was used during the match between VfL Bochum and Hertha BSC Berlin. They also advertised their 2nd Bundesliga manager at the Hannover 96 vs Kaiserslautern match.
Octopus Energy's campaign was about employer branding in the Berlin area. And what match fits better than the Berlin derby Hertha BSC vs. Union Berlin, which is probably watched by every soccer fan in the region? In the sold-out Olympiastadion alone, almost 75,000 fans watched the game live.
