It enables clubs and leagues to manage their media advertising effortlessly, while advertisers gain easy access to high-reach sports audiences. GIPEDO ensures clubs and leagues maintain control of their advertising business and offers new opportunities. Our intuitive software simplifies processes and significantly reduces manual overhead for our partners.


You will be part of our Business Development team responsible for rolling out our GIPEDO Workspace nationally and internationally. You will act as a trusted advisor whilst onboarding and technically supporting our customers. Working closely together with your Business Development colleagues, Product Management, Sales, and Development to ensure our customers have the best possible experience with our platform.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the onboarding and technical support of our GIPEDO Workspace customers. This includes (amongst others):


  • Guiding new customers through the initial product setup, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

  • Setting expectations and establishing clear communication channels.

  • Developing and improving customer onboarding processes and customer service.

  • Developing a deep understanding of our product and customers.

  • Maximizing value for customers by anticipating tools and resources they need to succeed.

  • Creating resources for customers that help them fully understand and utilize the products and services we offer

  • Gathering data on improving products and services to share with our team as a whole.

  • Providing in-depth technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

Must haves:


  • Proactive mindset to building relationships and ability to walk customers through the process of using products or services.

  • Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain complex features in a user-friendly manner.

  • Ability to understand complex technical topics and develop problem-solving skills around them.

  • Ability to analyse data and feedback to make informed decisions and improvements.

  • Previous experience in Customer Success Management for complex SaaS products.

  • Experience with cloud software solutions and delivery models.

  • Fluency in German and English.

  • Experience in the Sports Marketing industry.

  • Nerdy curiosity when it comes to technology.
