Partner Management & Business Operations (f/m/d)

Part-time or Full-time - Starts Immediately - Hamburg or Remote

You’ll be part of our rapidly growing team responsible for driving our business operations for our two core products GIPEDO Workspace and GIPEDO Ad Manager.

We are a cross-functional team of developers, domain experts, sales, and marketing working closely together to shape our feature landscape. Whether that be being the first point of contact for our partners (clubs & brands), operational support with the use of our various services along the entire customer journey, or maybe even driving product pitches for the further development of our customer variety.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for partner management and business operations. This includes (amongst others):

  • Main point of contact for product questions, operational challenges as well as partnership development

  • Work closely with the sales & product team to further develop our products by drawing implications from the feedback you receive

  • Drive and operationally lead in the implementation and use of our GIPEDO services for clubs and brands, from account setup to invoicing or reporting

  • Create and implement processes and structures to best support our partners in their day-to-day business challenges

  • Support the campaign booking processes from campaign creation to creative upload and the after-sales-process (invoicing, reporting)

What you bring to the team

Must haves:

  • Strong communication skills and empathy with desire to work with a variety of different people and professional groups on a daily basis

  • Very well structured way of working even with a large number of activities

  • Interest & curiosity to familiarize yourself with new topics

  • Great negotiation skills

  • Fluency in German, written and verbal. English is a huge plus

Nice to haves:

  • Constant drive for improving processes and thinking ahead

  • Service orientation

  • Experience with Partner Management
